1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using ServeWell Today ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ServeWell Today is a volunteer management platform designed for nonprofit organizations including free clinics, food banks, and faith-based safety-net organizations. The Platform provides volunteer onboarding, training support, recognition tools, and an AI-powered knowledge base.
3. Account Registration
Organizations must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at John.Mills.cliniccoach@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the documents and information you upload to the Platform.
5. Protected Health Information
ServeWell Today is not designed or intended for the storage of Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. You agree not to upload patient records, medical records, or any PHI to the Platform. ServeWell Today is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not offer Business Associate Agreements at this time.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to the Platform. Your organization's data is private and not accessible to other organizations on the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate draft messages and provide knowledge base responses. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before use. ServeWell Today makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
8. OpenAI Integration
The knowledge base chatbot is powered by your organization's own OpenAI API account. By entering your OpenAI API key, you agree to OpenAI's terms of service. ServeWell Today is not responsible for OpenAI's service availability, pricing, or content policies.
9. Payment and Billing
During the pilot period, the Platform is provided at no charge. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated in advance. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline before any charges are applied.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at John.Mills.cliniccoach@gmail.com.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeWell Today and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
